Who we are
This website belongs to Dr Usman Naeem, Consultant Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist, Lahore, Pakistan (Dr Usman Naeem Liver and Endoscopy Clinic). For privacy questions contact the clinic by WhatsApp 0332-0420421 or phone 0311-4444600.
What we collect
- Appointment form: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, preferred day, time and location, whether you prefer an in-clinic or online visit, and an optional brief non-medical reason. Please do not enter medical details, test results or reports.
- WhatsApp, calls and SMS: if you contact the clinic this way, the number and message you send are visible to the clinic team. These services run under WhatsApp’s and your phone company’s own policies.
- Technical data: our website host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.
What we do not do
- We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell information.
- This website sets no cookies of its own. If analytics are added later, this page will say so first.
How we use your information
Only to reply to your request, arrange an appointment and contact you about it. We do not use it for marketing without asking you first.
Who handles the form
When you press Send, your form entries are delivered to the clinic through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that passes them on to the clinic’s inbox. Web3Forms handles them under its own privacy policy.
YouTube videos
Videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. After that, YouTube’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
How long we keep information
Appointment requests are kept only as long as needed to arrange and follow up your visit, and are then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask the clinic to correct or delete the details you sent, by WhatsApp or phone. You can also choose not to use the form and book by phone.
Children
If a request concerns a child, it should be made by a parent or guardian.
Medical information and emergencies
This website cannot receive emergency calls or messages. In an emergency go to the nearest emergency department or call Rescue 1122.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
